A workspace, a notebook and a name
Everything starts at the desk: sketches, half-built sites and the idea that business and technology work better together. J.E.I.N. is the network that grew from it.
I’m Joshua Elekwa—a business-minded technology enthusiast, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner exploring how better systems, digital tools, and practical execution can create meaningful value.

Everything starts at the desk: sketches, half-built sites and the idea that business and technology work better together. J.E.I.N. is the network that grew from it.
Before choosing a tool I map the process: where value is made, where it leaks, and which change in operations would matter most.
IT, information systems, automation and web development, with a home lab where new ideas get tried before they reach anyone else.
Hallyu Radiance, Farafeet and Last Mile Wholesale, plus social-impact work like Project Stoke and SEED. Pick a card to open its case study.
Entrepreneurship communities, volunteering and sustainability work, plus Seven Figure Employee, a peer-learning community for professionals.
The next stretch: deeper work in business transformation and information systems, documented case studies and a growing O2O Playbook. If that overlaps with what you need, let's talk.
I understand how businesses operate, identify opportunities to improve their systems and processes, and explore practical ways to use technology, analysis, automation, and structured implementation to create better outcomes.
Mapping processes and requirements before choosing a tool.
Moving teams from manual workarounds to systems they trust.
Information systems that support how the business actually runs.
Finding where value leaks and improving the process behind it.
Setting up, testing and supporting the tools teams depend on.
Storefronts, sourcing and fulfilment, from listing to delivery.
I'm a business-minded technology enthusiast, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner interested in how organizations use technology, systems, and people to solve problems and create value.
My experience spans e-commerce, sales, digital marketing, business development, operations, website development, and community involvement. I've built and managed digital storefronts, developed websites, experimented with automation and business tools, participated in international business competitions, and worked on initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and social impact.
I'm developing my capabilities in information technology and information systems, with a longer-term interest in business transformation, technology consulting, business systems analysis, and quality and process improvement.
I want to work on problems where commercial understanding and technical execution reinforce one another: helping organizations evaluate their needs, improve their processes, implement useful systems, and deliver better outcomes.
This website is a record of that journey—a portfolio of projects, experiments, professional experiences, and lessons learned.

Only what you type into the introduction form: your name, role, organisation and industry if you give them, your topic and answers, your email address, and any LinkedIn or website link you add. No phone number is needed.
To read your message and reply to you about it. Your answers are not used for advertising, and you will not be added to any mailing list.
Submissions are stored by the platform hosting this site, sent to Joshua’s email inbox, and kept as a contact record in his CRM (HubSpot) so conversations can be followed up.
The site can count anonymous events: contact-form steps, which project pages are opened, which outside links are followed, and clicks on podcast, community-join and résumé links. These events never include your name, email or message. No analytics tool is installed yet; if one is added, this notice will name it and say what it stores.
Records are kept while a conversation is active and reviewed at least once a year. You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted at any time by sending a new introduction with “Something else” and saying so.
Awards, placements and recognition that can be verified. Team results are credited to the team.
These kinds of recognition will be listed once Joshua confirms the title, awarding organization and date.
